Service Agreement between Mnadi and the Service Provider

The Service Provider agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement with Manadi Alabtakaria For Information Technology, a company registered under commercial registration number 1010925811 and headquartered in Riyadh.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Mnadi": Refers to Manadi Alabtakaria For Information Technology.

1.2 "Service Provider": Refers to the individual or entity providing services through the Mnadi platform.

1.3 "Commission": Means 5% of the value of each transaction conducted through the Mnadi platform, deducted by Mnadi.

2. Terms of cooperation

2.1 The Service Provider agrees to pay a commission of 5% for each transaction made through the Mnadi platform.

2.2 The commission will be automatically deducted from the amount transferred to the Service Provider after the completion of each transaction.

2.3 The Service Provider acknowledges that the commission rate is non-negotiable and represents the full entitlement of Mnadi for providing the platform services.

3. Obligations

3.1 The Service Provider commits to delivering the agreed-upon services with high quality and in accordance with the standards agreed with the clients.

3.2 The Service Provider agrees to regularly update their personal and contact information on the platform to ensure continuous communication.

4. Legal liability

4.1 Mnadi bears no responsibility for disputes that may arise between the Service Provider and the clients; Mnadi's role is limited to providing the platform and collecting the agreed commission.

4.2 The Service Provider agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia, and any legal violations are solely the responsibility of the Service Provider.

5. Amendment of agreement

5.1 Mnadi reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time, with the Service Provider being notified of any substantial changes.

5.2 The continued use of the platform by the Service Provider after notification of changes constitutes explicit acceptance of the new terms.

6. Termination of agreement

6.1 Mnadi reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the Service Provider if they violate the terms of this agreement or breach any applicable laws or regulations.

6.2 The Service Provider may terminate their cooperation with Mnadi, provided they give written notice 30 days prior to the termination date.

7. Acceptance

7.1 By checking the acceptance box below, the Service Provider confirms their acceptance of all terms and conditions of this agreement.
